At Colorland Toys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your order, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box if possible.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
